NEOPOS is first and foremost an integration and consulting firm. With Luc Girard at its head, the Telecommunications division is the result of more than 20 years of experience. The Montreal-based NEOPOS team has been growing rapidly since 2015 and has carried out large-scale deployments, both in Quebec and internationally. Mr. Girard is the leader and mentor of a young, agile team dedicated to the implementation of CISCO’s technology business solutions.

Mr. Girard worked in telecommunications for more than a decade as an analyst, consultant, director and vice-president of professional services at Videotron, Prima and Elix (BCE). He is recognized as an expert in business process optimization, especially in customer contact center. He is the central link in the NEOPOS team.

Mr. Raymond has been with the NEOPOS team for more than 10 years and contributes to the development of the company through its sales-oriented approach to customer experience and the quality of products and services offered in the field of telecommunications and collaboration solutions. He has extensive experience in developing business relationships in the private and public sectors.

Mr. Raymond has been a member of the NEOPOS team since 2010 and has been actively involved in the development of the Telecommunications Division since its inception. With more than 10 years of experience in customer relations, he possesses the skills and certifications required to assist your company in the technological implementation process, whether it is collaboration or telephony solutions.

Mr. Iadinardi has been a member of the Operations Department of the NEOPOS team for more than 15 years and has been at the head of the team since 2006. Based on this experience, he understands the importance of each detail in the delivery of a project, to guide and support its team through the various integration processes.
