Founded in 1980, NEOPOS is acquired by Luc Girard in 2004. Luc then brings his huge experience in customer contact center as well as business processes and professional services. He is actively involved in optimizing the operations department and raising the company’s service standards. This wind of change allows NEOPOS to become the leader of technology integration in Quebec. In 2015, the evolution of the company goes through a return to the roots for Mr. Girard. Indeed, NEOPOS becomes a CISCO integrator specializing in collaboration solutions, telecommunication systems and customer contact centers.

With the strong growth that NEOPOS is experiencing, the company is now present in Ottawa, Sherbrooke and Beauce, while other expansion projects are forthcoming.
